Washrooms/Toilet wet wash

• Scrubbing of Tiles,
• Scrubbing of switch board,
• Scrubbing of Wc
• Scrubbing of Toilet bowl
• Scrubbing of up and down drawer
• Scrubbing of window, taps and shower
• Scrubbing of  door both the side all included
• Scrubbing of floor, outside passage etc.

Kitchen wet wash

• Scrubbing of chimney, tiles
• Scrubbing of kitchen sink Inside and down area
• Scrubbing of kitchen drawer
• Scrubbing of kitchen window up to grill area etc.

Main Door

• Inside and outside both the side need to clean.

Furniture wet and Dry both

• Dry Dusting of all walls and sealing to remove dust and cob webs only dry no wet on walls and sealing.
• All fans, Tubes, Switch boards, balconies, All window grills, window, balconies,
• All doors, doors handles etc.
• Complete Floor cleaning with machine.

Not included

• Wet wash of walls and sealing
• Removing of paint, glue, favicol marks, laminates, plastic etc.

Notes:

• Customer has to arrange for stool/ladder, water supply and electrical connection.
• Customer must check and verify the completed work before the team leave, we do not do rework.
• Customers has to check staff bags and pockets before the team leave just to verify .
